Our Team

Adilson Silva

Adilson has over 35 years of experience in the industrial sector, with extensive expertise in the petrochemical segment. He is also a specialist in innovation, business development, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on investments and the development of new ventures, covering Corporate Venture Capital (CVC), Corporate Venture Building (CVB), Venture Clienting (VCL), and acceleration programs. He has led the design and implementation of global strategies for innovation, new businesses, and energy transition.

Bruno Vaz

A space sector entrepreneur with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bruno holds an International Executive MBA and an MBA in Business Management from FIA Business School. He is a certified board member by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. He has participated in several executive education programs, including Business Analytics at IMD, Innovation at Harvard and MIT, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Space Sciences and Technologies at the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA).

Danielle Moraes

Danielle holds a PhD in Physics and an MBA in Strategic Management of Technological Innovation. For over 10 years, she was a scientist at CERN (Switzerland) and an affiliated member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences. Over the past 15 years, she has held leadership positions in Switzerland and Brazil, focusing on R&D projects, fundraising for innovation, and public-private partnerships for technology transfer. A specialist in scientific entrepreneurship and technology transfer, she works with a Venture Builder and also serves as an Advisor.

Tarcisio Soares

A lawyer specialized in civil law and contracts, Tarcisio brings over 30 years of experience, combining legal expertise with a strategic vision focused on innovation. He actively participates in international business missions, connecting with innovative ecosystems.

Alexandre Ricci

An education entrepreneur, Alexandre has been active in the sector for over 20 years. He is an investor in Escola Miriam Ricci Montessori in São Paulo. A specialist in connecting investors and companies in the search for business opportunities, he conducts analysis and evaluation of potential companies considering financial and strategic factors. Alexandre is also an angel investor in startups in the fields of education, energy, and technology.

Lucas Lopes

With over 10 years of experience in the petrochemical, consulting, and sugar-energy industries, Lucas has been responsible for Knowledge Management, Technology Intelligence, and Innovation Management. He holds a degree in Materials Engineering from the Federal University of ABC, an MBA in Business Management from the University of São Paulo, and is a certified professional in Innovation Management by TÜV Rheinland.

Rafael Fabra

With over 25 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, Rafael has held leadership roles in Marketing & Export, Strategic Planning & Competitive Intelligence, Innovation Management, and Knowledge Management. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. For the past 10 years, he has also served as a Board Member in various institutions, most of them related to Technology and Science.

Sandra Mori

A business administrator and communication specialist, Sandra has over 16 years of experience in the communications field across large and mid-sized companies, including investment banks, multinationals, and public relations agencies. She has led strategic communication projects, crisis management, M&A processes, and corporate events.

Julio Ribeiro

Enthusiast for education and the ability of people and organizations to evolve. Data Scientist, Geographer, Master in Spatial Information Processing, and PhD candidate in Urban and Regional Planning (Thesis on Metaverse Cities as Learning Cities – CAPES Scholarship). Experience as professor, academic director, researcher, consultant, and entrepreneur. CEO/Founder of HubSE – Educational Technology. Also serves as professor in MBA programs at FGV, PUC, and FACENS. Founder of the Venture Builder Nxt7. Passionate about sharing and practicing initiatives in the fields of technological trends, innovation, education, and Smart Cities.

Paulo possui ampla experiência no desenvolvimento de novos mercados, gestão estratégica de clientes e estruturação de propostas de valor em ambientes de alta complexidade.Com formação executiva em Gestão de Negócios pela Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) e MBA em Gestão e Estratégia pela Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Paulo tem como missão impulsionar a presença da empresa no ecossistema nacional de inovação e venture building. Seu foco é apoiar empreendedores, executivos e conselheiros na concepção e execução de projetos transformadores, gerando impacto estratégico e sustentável.
